Mithra Chidambaram

Mithra Chidambaram, a creative eleven-year-old fifth grader, resides in Frisco, Texas, with her loving parents and spirited younger sister. With a heart full of creativity, Mithra immerses herself in the realms of art, dance, and storytelling. She also reads an outrageous number of books, big or small. Her friends consider her to be a creative person known for her artistic talent, as Mithra is a four-time published artist.

Mithra adores puppies, but unfortunately, she isn’t allowed to have one. She hopes that one day in the future, she can convince her parents to let her adopt a dog.

What started as Mithra’s fourth-grade school assignment blossomed into a full-scale fantasy adventure. When she completed her book, she decided to illustrate it herself, and put her artistic skills to work.

Mithra also does Bharatanatyam, an elegant form of Indian classical dance. She has finished two performances and is practicing her third one, which she will perform on May 24th, 2026.
